I have spent my life walking into rooms and systems most people are told to hire someone else to enter. In Dallas County, I petitioned the city myself — representing myself, with no attorneys — for the zoning change that turned a beer-and-wine store into a full liquor store. I won the license, ran the business, and later sold it at a profit. To my knowledge, I remain the only minority woman to secure that Special Use Permit and zoning change in Dallas County, Texas — and I did it for a store sitting directly across the street from a theological college, against odds that would have stopped most people. I did not learn to move through government offices, banks, and negotiating tables in a classroom. I learned by doing it myself, and getting it done.

Since 2006, Africa has drawn me back — not as a visitor, but as someone building a life and a legacy across the continent. Those years gave me what no firm can acquire overnight: real relationships, hard-earned judgment, and a feel for how business actually moves on the ground in Ghana, Nigeria, Rwanda, and Kenya.

In 2021, I built that into Commercial Business Integrated. What I do is simple to say and difficult to do: I stand in for you on the ground — I oversee, verify, and represent your interests in person, to your standard, as if you were there yourself. I do not make an introduction and vanish. I stay, I confirm what is real, and I answer to you.
